Seal of The Preimage Company of America with pullback diagram and gear

Measured Industry, Inverted in Time.

We align production with verified demand. Deposits accrue interest in custodial accounts until defined thresholds are met. When conditions hold, deposits convert to orders and fabrication begins.

Funds remain in your name until a project triggers. Accounts provided by our partner bank.

Preamble

The Preimage Company of America refounds domestic manufacturing on balanced books and transparent thresholds. We collect intent before we commit capital, and we show our math. When a project's demand–cost level set is reached, we activate production; until then, your funds remain at rest and earning.

Temporal Inversion, Step by Step.

1

Select a Project

Browse proposed parts in the Market. Each project lists unit price, minimum quantity, and a precise trigger threshold.

2

Place a Deposit (Funds Stay Yours)

Open a Preimage Account and deposit toward your order. Deposits are held in your name in an interest‑bearing account with our partner bank.

3

Threshold Met, Orders Convert

When aggregate deposits meet the published trigger, deposits convert into binding orders and we initiate fabrication with Preimage Works and partner foundries.

4

Fabricate, Deliver, Close the Books

We print, inspect, and ship. A close‑out report shows actual costs versus modeled. Any remaining balance or interest due is settled to you per project terms.

You may withdraw deposits at any time before a project triggers. After triggering, standard order terms apply.

Featured Level Sets.

Projects approach viability as deposits approach the defined level set. Below are examples.

Balanced Books Before Molten Metal.

Deposits First.

We don't lease hardware or buy powder until orders are funded.

Transparent Thresholds.

Every project publishes its break‑even and the variables that move it.

Defined Endpoints.

Each run has an explicit close; we ship, reconcile, and publish a short report.

We do not chase growth for its own sake. We aim for smooth curves and bounded exponentials.

Preimage Accounts.

Preimage Accounts are for‑benefit‑of custodial accounts provided by our partner bank. Your deposits remain titled to you and earn interest according to the bank's posted rates. We cannot access your funds before a project triggers under its published conditions. If you withdraw before trigger, principal and accrued interest (less any stated fees) return to your linked account.

Customer‑titled custodial sub‑accounts
Interest accrues until conversion
No conversion without threshold
Clear withdrawal terms pre‑trigger

The Preimage Company of America is not a bank. Banking services are provided by our partner bank; FDIC insurance, if applicable, is offered through that bank. See Account Agreements for details.

Preimage Works and Partner Foundries.

We print and machine through a network of vetted partners in the Midwest and beyond. Equipment, material specs, and inspection plans are disclosed per project. Where required, runs adhere to relevant standards (e.g., ISO/ITAR) and publish their inspection summaries upon close.

  • DMLS/SLM for Ti‑6Al‑4V, 17‑4PH, Inconel
  • 5‑axis billet machining for 7075/6061
  • Post‑process: HIP, heat treat, anodize, polish
  • QA: CMM, surface profile, tensile coupons (as applicable)

The Charter.

Established in the year two thousand twenty‑five, we bind ourselves to publish thresholds before we spend, to honor deposits as trusts, and to reconcile every run in public. We invert the old order—demand first, supply second—so that capital aligns with intent and industry proceeds in measure.
